Riesling ranges from bone dry to intensely sweet, and the label doesn't always make it obvious. Lime, green apple and stone, often with a floral note and a distinctive petrol character as it ages. Bottled by Inniskillin from the 2021 harvest. Cold, in a tall glass. Superb with spicy food, pork, and anything sweet-and-sour.
