Chardonnay takes its character as much from the winemaking as from the vineyard. Barrel fermentation adds vanilla and texture; stainless steel keeps it lean and citrus-driven. Bottled by Hudson Seashell from the 2022 harvest. Serve lightly chilled rather than cold — over-chilling flattens the texture. Excellent with lobster, roast chicken, or a butter-based sauce.
