Remole is the Frescobaldi family's everyday Tuscan red, blending Sangiovese with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon for a friendly, easy-drinking style. The Frescobaldi have been making wine in Tuscany for centuries, and Remole comes from their vineyards in the hills east of Florence. Expect cherry, raspberry, a little spice and soft tannins. Serve slightly cool. Good with pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, or grilled chicken.
