Red Mountain is a small, warm appellation in eastern Washington known for powerful reds, and Force Majeure farms a steep estate vineyard at the top of it. Parvata is its Southern Rhône-inspired blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah: raspberry, blackberry, garrigue, pepper and a savory, mineral finish. Force Majeure, 2018 vintage. Decant for 30 to 45 minutes. Pair with grilled lamb, smoked pork shoulder, or ratatouille.
