Envínate is a group of four friends who make wines from overlooked corners of Spain, and Albahra comes from Almansa in Castilla-La Mancha. It is based on Garnacha Tintorera, a red-fleshed grape, made in a fresh, unforced style: dark cherry, blackberry, herbs and a juicy, lightly crunchy finish. Serve slightly cool. Pair with grilled sausages, lamb chops, or a charcuterie board.
