Thin-skinned and fussy about site, Pinot Noir shows where it came from more clearly than almost any other grape. Red cherry and raspberry over an earthy, savory base, with light color that belies its complexity. This one comes from Elouan. Best just below room temperature. Serve with charcuterie, roast chicken, or soft cheeses.
