Cabernet Franc is one of Cabernet Sauvignon's parent grapes, and a lighter, more aromatic wine in its own right. Herbal and perfumed, with a livelier acidity than Cabernet Sauvignon usually shows. The 2018, under the El Enemigo label. Serve at cool room temperature. Good with lighter red-meat dishes.
