Donati Family Vineyard farms in the Paicines area of California's Central Coast, and Ezio is its Bordeaux-style red blend, named for a member of the Donati family. Expect ripe black cherry, blackcurrant, cocoa and a hint of cedar on a full body with smooth tannins. Donati, 2020 vintage. Open it 30 minutes ahead and serve slightly below room temperature. Pair with grilled tri-tip, burgers, or braised short ribs.
