Zind is Domaine Zind-Humbrecht's white blend of Chardonnay and Auxerrois, bottled as Vin de France because Alsace rules do not allow Chardonnay in a still AOC wine. Olivier Humbrecht farms biodynamically, and this has the domaine's richness with freshness: ripe pear, yellow apple, citrus, a little smoke and a round texture. Zind-Humbrecht, 2023 vintage.
