Red Burgundy is about texture and perfume rather than power: red fruit, earth, spice, and a long finish. Bottled under the Domaine Hamet-Spay Saint-Amour Beaujolais label. Decant gently and serve cool. Good with roast chicken, coq au vin, salmon, or mushrooms.
