Trousseau is a red grape of the Jura, in eastern France, and Arbois is its heartland. It makes light-colored but flavorful reds, and Domaine de la Touraize is a small family estate in Arbois farming organically. Expect red currant, wild strawberry, and a savory, earthy edge with bright acidity and fine tannins. Les Corvées, Domaine de la Touraize, 2023 vintage. Serve slightly cool, around cellar temperature.
