Bourbon must be at least 51% corn, distilled in America, and aged in new charred oak — nothing added, nothing subtracted. Sweet, round and oak-driven, with the mash bill deciding how much spice comes through. This one comes from Clyde May's. Good neat, over one large cube, or in a cocktail. Works as well in a Manhattan as it does on its own.
