Le Petit Clos is the second wine of Clos Apalta, drawn from the same estate in the Apalta area of Chile's Colchagua Valley. It shares the house style, generally built around Carmenère and Bordeaux grapes: black cherry, blackcurrant, spice, a touch of roasted pepper and ripe, rounded tannins. Clos Apalta, 2021 vintage. Decant for 30 minutes. Pair with grilled skirt steak, lamb empanadas, or roast pork.
