Muscadet is made from Melon de Bourgogne near Nantes, where the Loire meets the Atlantic, and it is one of France's great oyster wines. Château de la Vrillère's version is light, dry, and crisp, with lemon, green apple, and a saline, mineral finish. Serve well chilled. Pair with raw oysters, steamed mussels, or fish and chips.
