The 'single' refers to a single distillery, not a single barrel. The cask does much of the talking: bourbon barrels give vanilla and citrus, sherry casks dried fruit and spice. Bruichladdich Octomore Edition is the name on the bottle. A few drops of water genuinely open it up. Best on its own, without distraction.
