Insoglio del Cinghiale is the approachable red from Campo di Sasso, the Bibbona estate of Lodovico and Piero Antinori on the Tuscan coast just north of Bolgheri. It is a Syrah-led blend with Bordeaux grapes: blackberry, black cherry, pepper, Mediterranean herbs and a soft, juicy finish. Campo di Sasso, 2024 vintage. Serve slightly cool; it is made to be enjoyed young. Pair with wild boar sausage, grilled burgers, or pizza.
