In the northern Rhône Syrah is elegant and peppery; in Australia, as Shiraz, it turns rich and sweet-fruited. Blackberry, olive, smoked meat and cracked pepper, with firm structure underneath. Bottled by Bien Nacido from the 2021 harvest. Serve at cool room temperature. Excellent with grilled lamb, peppered steak, and braised dishes.
