Pisco is a grape brandy distilled from fresh wine and bottled without aging in wood. BarSol Primero is made in Peru's Ica Valley entirely from Quebranta, the non-aromatic grape that is the classic choice for pisco. Earthy, grapey and clean, with notes of green banana and nut.
