Baronesa P. is the Chilean red from Baron Philippe de Rothschild, the family behind Château Mouton Rothschild, made from vineyards in the Maipo Valley south of Santiago. It is a Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend in a Bordeaux-inspired style: blackcurrant, black cherry, cedar and a hint of mint over firm, polished tannins. Baron Philippe de Rothschild, 2022 vintage. Decant for 45 minutes. Serve with grilled flank steak, lamb chops, or beef empanadas.
