Aplos makes non-alcoholic spirits built from botanicals and functional ingredients, meant to stand in for a base spirit in zero-proof drinks. Calme is designed as a winding-down pour, with a bright, herbal, citrus-leaning profile. Mix it with tonic or soda over ice, or use it in place of gin or vodka in a spritz or a sour.
